Jes Royston

Jessica Royston is certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners and SUNY Purchase as an International Holistic Health Coach. She attended school at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in NYC where she learned a wide array of dietary theories along with their benefits for specific clients. She also holds several certifications from the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine in specialties such as Ayruveda, Environmental Medicine and Nutrition + Cancer. Jes recently achieved an extra certification with a concentration in gut health at IIN. She focuses on bio-individuality and preventative care.

Among other services, health coaches provide general wellness and nutrition information; options, recommendations, guidance, motivation, and skill-building to establish healthier lifestyle routines; and other support mechanisms to achieve client-focused personal health goals.

Since graduating in 2011, she and her husband Craig have had two sons, Ryan and Jake, who fire her up to stay even healthier, pass down her knowledge about nutrition and her love for our Earth. Their birth even inspired her to open up a stand at my local farmers’ market to sell homemade baby food for a summer in New Jersey. She is now a permanent resident of Jupiter.

She looks at each person as an individual and gives tools needed to live long, healthy, happy, fulfilling lives by working on both primary and secondary foods. She focuses on digestive wellness, improved diet, detoxification, hormone balance, stress management, mental wellness, weight management, energy improvement, food cravings, sleep and more.

Jes has a nutrition blog that can be found at
